If you’ve been a victim of a fraud you need to act fast. If you’ve lost the P.F.C.-card, temporarily block the card in the app, read more here.
If anyone has gained access to codes to you BankID, you need to block it by contacting the bank that has issued the BankID.
If you’ve detected any unauthorized transactions you need to file a claim with us, preferably via the chat within the P.F.C.-app.
If you haven’t received the products you have purchased or if you notice a transaction that you haven’t made, you should start by contacting the merchant where you’ve made the purchase and try to resolve the matter. Please note that it is important that you save documentation of your contacts with the merchant. We therefore recommend that all contacts are in written form.
Mastercard has rules of time limits for claims and you should therefore file a complaint to us as soon as possible.
If the transaction or withdrawal is unauthorized, you need to block the card and make a police report.
